Job Summary
Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment while following work instructions and specifications. Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Support production schedules to maintain consistent output and contribute to efficient workflow. Identify and communicate issues as needed while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership in a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to move, bend, stand, kneel, lift and carry material weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull, grasp/squeeze, pinch, fine motor dexterity
- Ability to wear hearing protection in designated areas
- Ability to wear safety glasses at all times
- Ability to endure heat and cold conditions in the plant
- Must be available for 1st Shift: Monday--Thursday: 6:00am -- 3:00pm & Friday: 6:00am -- 12:00pm
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following
