Job Summary
Perform various assembly tasks to craft top-tier cable and electromechanical assemblies by following written instructions for soldering, crimping, lacing, wiring, and potting. Master Tri-Tech Electronics' standard work instructions and consistently fabricate cable assemblies precisely using specialized techniques. Skillfully splice wires with mechanical and solder processes, attach pins and contacts to cables, and insert filler pins into connector types with accuracy. Maintain professional adherence to Quality and Safety policies while communicating with the group leader to address problems promptly. Requires proficiency in English, fundamental math, and the physical ability to lift 15+ pounds; High school diploma or GED preferred with prior manufacturing or electronic assembly experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient reading and communication skills in English (both oral and written)
- Effective time management, self-motivation, and multitasking abilities
- Adaptability to a dynamic, high-volume production environment with a professional demeanor
- Fundamental math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively
- Physical capability to operate diverse production equipment and assembly tools
- Ability to lift 15+ pounds, maintain physical stamina and strength, and tolerate exposure to fumes and odors
- Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Full-Time employment
- $15.00 starting pay
