Job Summary
Assemble the variety of products manufactured by Rogers Group and its entities at the designated work area, utilizing blueprints and hand or power tools. Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, clips, or rivets while operating drills and rivet machines. Record labor and downtime for each work order, verify fit, function, and cosmetics against quality expectations, and maintain safety regulations. Confers with team leaders on production, quality, or inventory issues. Requires high school diploma, blueprint reading skills, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
