Job Summary
Work in lean manufacturing work cells performing final assembly of IR camera products and cores. Follow lean manufacturing processes and work instructions while ensuring quality of work. Demonstrate flexibility to learn new skills, train on new products, and assemble across various product lines. Possess fine motor skills for small parts, attention to detail, and the ability to use small tools. Read, write, speak, and comprehend English to follow verbal and written instructions. Soldering experience and computer skills for data entry are highly desired. Inspection of products may be required. This Temp to Hire position offers a path to permanent employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and comprehend English
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instruction
- Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a team environment
- Must understand quality requirements for assembling products
Desired Qualifications
- Fine Motor Skills required to assemble small parts
- Ability to use small tools and possess a great attention to detail
- Soldering experience highly desired
- Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
