Job Summary
Assembler Technician Level I on second shift responsible for learning and performing aircraft/assembly tasks in a production environment. Responsibilities include using hand tools and pneumatic fixtures, reading and understanding engineering drawings, ensuring parts fit and alignments, installing rivets/screws/bolts, routing wires/cables/tubing, torquing hardware, following aircraft build instructions, maintaining a clean workstation, wearing PPE, and learning to apply adhesives/resins/sealants per instructions. Requires a High School diploma or GED and minimum one year related manufacturing experience; strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
