Job Summary
Assemble products and components according to specifications and blueprints using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Requires proven experience in assembly or manufacturing, ability to read technical documents, and strong manual dexterity. Compensation is $18-$22 per hour with day, night, or weekend shifts available. This three-to-six-month contract-to-hire role supports our assembly operations in Dallas.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Must be available for Day, Night or Weekend shifts
- Must be available for shifts between 7AM-5:30PM
- Must be available for shifts between 5:30PM - 7AM
- Must be located in or willing to work in Dallas TX
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with specific tools or machinery relevant to the industry
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area
