Job Summary
Assembles and bonds STG photoluminescent products and assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications. Follow detailed assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation to ensure product quality. Inspect completed assemblies to verify conformance to standards and identify defects. Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain records of production activities, materials used, and quality inspections. Support inventory control and material handling as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adhere to safety and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and assembly documentation
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and production record keeping
