Assembler

Align, fit, and assemble advanced lighting system components into completed units using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates per written or verbal instructions. Inspect parts for defects and make modifications to meet engineering specifications. Prioritize job requirements based on open communication with the Supervisor while assisting with material movement following safety practices. Adhere to all company policies, legal regulatory requirements, and ESD guidelines, including safety procedures and minimal supervision protocols. Actively participate in operational problem solving and quality improvement activities to support department and company goals.
