Required Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• •Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck Certification
• •1 year of production, warehouse, and/or logistics experience
• •Ability to Work Independently: Follow both written and oral instructions, including safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies
• •Attendance: Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance in accordance with our attendance policy
• •Communication Skills: Speak in the most effective way to relay information to all departments and at all levels within the organization
• •Listen and ask questions to ensure understanding
• •Quality Standards Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of company quality standards and company quality control processes
• •Problem Solving: Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
• •Teamwork: Ability to work with other team members to accomplish group goals
• •Results Focus & Initiative: Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment

• •Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment

• •Must be able to operate large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours
• •Must be able to regularly twist and bend in a repetitive motion
• •Must be able to operate a forklift
• •Must be able to operate a reach truck
• •Must be able to operate an order picker
• •Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack
• •Must be able to consistently demonstrate safe work practices and promote a safe work environment
• •Must be able to read through work orders to determine specifications, such as materials to be used as well as product dimensions and tolerances
• •Must be able to perform quality inspections to drawings and specifications per written procedures
• •Must be able to maintain building station area clean and organized making sure all tools and supplies are returned to home locations after use
• •Must be able to assemble WSWH walls in such a manner as to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, continuous improvement and production goals
• •Must be available for a Swing shift position (3:45pm – 12:15am)
• •Must be located in Stockton, CA
• •Must pass a successful drug screen
• •Must pass a criminal background check

Desired Qualifications

• •Equipment: Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack
