Assembler (Shift 1)

Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools while following blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by inspecting parts for defects and reporting issues. Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes. Use basic computer tools like Excel and Word to track production and inventory. Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed.
