Assembler/Sequencer 3rd Shift - Full Time

Assembler or Sequencer on 3rd shift operating production line equipment, performing basic quality checks and reporting issues to a supervisor. Engage in hands-on, day-to-day manufacturing tasks in an automotive manufacturing setting, rotate between stations roughly every 2 to 2.5 hours to minimize strain, and help the team meet production goals. Responsibilities include feeding raw materials into production machinery (torque guns, hoists, electric drills, hot glue guns, and electric screwdrivers), lifting up to 40 pounds consistently, maintaining a safe work environment, and upholding quality and process standards. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to work any shift; candidates should be motivated, able to work on foot for extended periods, and be a team player with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
