Job Summary
Assemble parts into units by interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders; perform foaming and resin spraying operations; set up and perform Assembly Department tasks with limited supervision; operate overhead hoist/crane to position assemblies and ensure quality; work near moving mechanical parts and electrical devices; maintain a clean, safe work area; participate in continuous improvement to reduce variation and waste in manufacturing; read part prints and understand tolerances; adapt to duties as assigned by supervisor; lift/move up to 50 pounds; entry-level mechanical aptitude preferred; teamwork and effective communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level or 1-2 years of assembly experience
- Knowledge of ISO
- Familiar with mechanical and electromechanical components
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a team setting
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong motivation and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
