Job Summary
Assembler responsible for building and verifying kits per work instructions and bills of materials, inspecting parts for defects, and using scanners to verify part numbers and quantities. Handles material/pieces, reports missing or damaged parts to leads or supervisors, maintains a clean and safe work area, and adheres to safety and quality guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or GED or 6+ months of relevant production/assembly/warehouse experience, hands-on use of hand/power tools and basic computer/scanner proficiency, strong math skills, ability to multitask and follow procedures, and the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED OR 6+ months of relevant production, assembly, or warehouse experience
- Prior experience using hand tools or power tools, plus basic computer or scanner proficiency
- Strong basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting) and ability to match part numbers and labels
- Able to multitask, follow written procedures, work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform tasks in a warehouse environment
