Job Summary
An RPO Assembler is responsible for producing high precision assemblies or components with strict adherence to established work instructions, performing tests using optical test equipment, and maintaining required build records in a class 10,000 clean room. This position requires fine detail, high concentration, and the ability to meet production targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, production/manufacturing environment related to precision assembly or equivalent work experience desired
- Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced and high-stress environment
- Good mental dexterity and visual acuity
- Ability to maintain a clean environment
Desired Qualifications
- Optical Assembly experience is a plus
- Familiarity with computers including Microsoft Office
- Proficient math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
