Job Summary
Assemble trucks, trailers, and other equipment on a production-line for project-based assignments at U-Haul in Pomona, CA. The role involves working on various parts of the assembly line to construct equipment, with end-dates tied to project duration. Primary duties include assembling components in a production environment with emphasis on safety and quality, and following directions as assigned. Must wear steel-toed shoes, and be prepared for physical tasks and safety precautions such as working around moving parts, fumes, or irritants. The position is project-based and ends with the completion of the assigned project(s).
Required Qualifications
- Must supply steel-toed shoes or boots.
- Experience working on a production-line environment or similar manufacturing setting preferred.

- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
- Comfort with working in an environment with moving parts, fumes, or irritants; use of protective clothing or gear may be required.
