Job Summary
The Assembler I is responsible for safely assembling equipment by following detailed instructions from Supervisors and Group Leaders. This includes assembling parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto JLG products while utilizing safe tools and techniques. The role requires proficiency across all work stations, the ability to troubleshoot machine components, and the capability to train new team members. A safe and clean work environment must be maintained according to safety procedures and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) or more years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or General Labor
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to drive and test machines
- Conduct offline inspection on all machines
