Job Summary
Assemble components using various tools to create finished products meeting specifications within established time limits. Perform set-up of tools and work stations, conduct final inspections, and report defective materials or equipment to supervisors for root cause correction. Follow engineering and quality requirements while actively supporting Open-Book Management principles. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm at $16.50/hour. This role is part of NewStream Enterprises' supply chain services for OEMs, emphasizing transparency and employee ownership.
