Job Summary
Manufacture sandal components, repair and resole outsoles, straps, and buckles, operate machinery safely, and inspect finished products for quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, hand dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays. Weekly pay and steady full-time hours are offered.
