Job Summary
Assemble and manufacture footwear by cutting patterns, sewing by hand or machine, and attaching soles using various materials. Maintain medium to fast-paced productivity and quality while reading and following instructions. Work the 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm, with overtime including weekends potentially required. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for the entire shift, and demonstrate excellent manual dexterity. This temp-to-hire role requires good attendance history and passing a pre-employment background and drug screen. Positive performance during the first 90 days is expected to ensure adequate staffing and meet productivity standards.
