Job Summary
Assemble parts of various materials using hand tools or bench test equipment to meet quantity and quality parameters, following detailed assembly instructions and processes. Perform machine setup and runs where applicable, package products for shipping, and participate in the Continuous Improvement and Near Miss programs. Train other employees on job functions and safety requirements while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safety, 5S, and Quality Policy procedures. Work independently in the production area, managing time effectively and responding productively to changes, with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience with manufacturing processes
- electronic soldering experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints
- Ability to read, understand, and follow relevant assembly, testing, and QMS procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow relevant assembly, testing, and QMS procedures

- frequent reaching and climbing of stairs
- pushing and lifting / carrying of boxes weighing 35 lbs
