Job Summary
Assembler/Machine Operator on 1st shift in Ansonia, CT. Responsibilities include assembling electro-mechanical devices using hand tools and small powered equipment, following detailed procedures and technical specifications, inspecting products to ensure quality, reporting defects to lead operators and quality personnel, and completing production documentation. Requires ability to work in a team environment, maintain a cleanroom environment with PPE, and follow safety guidelines. Proficiency with hand tools, fixtures/jigs, and small components; soldering knowledge (IPC J-STD-001) is a plus and willingness to obtain certification if required; ability to distinguish colors as needed for assembly tasks. High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred. Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm at Westfall Technik, Ansonia, CT.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or previously demonstrated experience
- Proficiency in using hand tools and small powered equipment

- Attention to detail and ability to inspect workmanship
