Job Summary
Assembler Line 3 responsible for interior installations in boats (hinges, shocks); uses hand tools and conducts inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards; must follow supervisor instructions, work well in a team, and comply with OSHA/safety procedures. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing into boat interiors, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment with fiberglass/dust exposure; PPE may be required; position is safety-sensitive and requires attention to detail and the ability to work under time pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to use a variety of hand tools including tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill, ratchet etc.
