Job Summary
Assembler Lead performs repetitive assembly operations, trains and provides work direction to the assembly team to mass-produce products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, or stairs by performing the following duties. Plans and assigns work tasks among assembly team to meet production goals; oversees job tracking and output; trains new assemblers in techniques, tools, machinery, and safety; works across varying models and workstation setups; handles parts fitting and fastening; removes defective products; operates and tends machines on the assembly line; maintains cleanliness and safety; supports the team to ensure quality and productivity. The role requires leadership in workflow without formal supervisory responsibilities, with a minimum of two years’ component assembly experience and prior carpentry/manufacturing experience. The environment is production-focused with a emphasis on safety, teamwork, adaptability, dependability, and meeting daily objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of component assembly experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior carpentry or manufacturing experience.
