Job Summary
Assemble steel and aluminum parts, including simple and complex metal components for major military programs, according to supplied blueprints and customer specifications. Position, align, and bond components using military-grade adhesives while troubleshooting repairs by dismantling and reassembling assemblies. Test complete products and provide first-piece and final approval inspections to ensure compliance with drawing specifications. Respond to daily direction from team leaders, document best practices, and follow work instructions and check sheets to maintain safety and quality standards. Operate hand tools such as drills and grinders as needed.

- Must be able to trouble shoot /repair products
- Must be able to assure parts comply to drawing specifications
- Must be able to lay out, position, align and fit together all components
- Must be able to bond components together through the use of military grade adhesives
- Must be able to test or assist in testing operation of complete product
- Must be able to provide 1st pcs and final approval inspection
- Must be able to respond to daily direction from Team Leader or Assembly Technicians
- Must be able to raise concerns or issues to Team Leader or Assembly Technicians immediately

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- 2 or more years of experience or equivalent
