• •Must be able to trouble shoot /repair products
• •Must be able to assure parts comply to drawing specifications
• •Must be able to lay out, position, align and fit together all components
• •Must be able to bond components together through the use of military grade adhesives
• •Must be able to test or assist in testing operation of complete product
• •Must be able to provide 1st pcs and final approval inspection
• •Must be able to respond to daily direction from Team Leader or Assembly Technicians
• •Must be able to raise concerns or issues to Team Leader or Assembly Technicians immediately
• •Must be able to assemble steel and aluminum parts
• •Must be able to assemble simple and complex metal parts for major military program
• •Must be able to assemble parts according to supplied blueprints and assembly instructions
• •Must be able to position/assembles parts according blueprints and customer specifications
• •Must be able to assure assemblies comply with drawing specifications
• •Must be able to work in compliance to all safety, quality, and production procedures
• •Must be able to produce a quality product that will ship to the customer on-time
• •Must be able to work in a safe working environment

Desired Qualifications

• •Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
• •2 or more years of experience or equivalent
• •Commitment to company values
