Job Summary
Assemble building components of mattresses in preparation for the Laminate machine and glue foam pieces together using a Quarta furniture machine. Transport loaves of foam to and from machines using a dolly, position them on tables, and examine sliced foam to verify product size and conformance to specifications using a tape measure. Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety culture and Cal OSHA regulations, reporting any incident injuries or hazards to managers while identifying potential work hazards. Perform other related duties as assigned in a Fullerton, CA production setting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to properly lift and carry heavy objects for a full-shift
- Walking and standing for prolonged periods of time
- Regular and predictable attendance
