Job Summary
Assemble fabricated parts under general supervision while adhering to established procedures, quality management, and safety systems. Install accessory components, wire basic electrical connections per diagrams, and inspect products against engineering and customer requirements. Operate hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools, and load, unload, and move materials using available lifting equipment. Interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams to position materials accurately, while completing electronic paperwork, checklists, and shipping documentation. Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of the work day
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs along and over 50lbs with assistance
- Must be able to climb and balance
- Must be able to use hands to reach, handle, and/or feel
- Must be able to visually inspect products
- Must have manual dexterity in hands for tool usage
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English
Desired Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma preferred
