Job Summary
Assembler IV role at Caterpillar China involves assembling machines per production plans and assembly processes, adhering to PPE and safety standards, quickly learning machine production operations, performing self-inspections, operating assembly equipment and tooling, maintaining equipment and tools, reporting safety/quality/cost issues to supervisors, keeping work area safe and tidy, and applying 5S/TPM principles with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. The candidate should have 3+ years of loader or similar product assembly experience, technical secondary education or equivalent, and solid safety/quality mindset.
Required Qualifications
