Job Summary
Assembler III at HYVE Solutions responsible for complex mechanical and electronic assembly per blueprints and diagrams, performing in-process quality checks, troubleshooting assembly issues, reading engineering drawings and wiring diagrams, operating and maintaining specialized assembly equipment, and mentoring less experienced assemblers while ensuring production targets and safety policies are met.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Advanced proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Experience training or mentoring other team members is a plus
- Commitment to safety protocols and production documentation
