Job Summary
Assembles electronic and electro-mechanical units and subassemblies of moderate complexity under limited supervision; interprets engineering drawings, manufacturing diagrams, specifications, process prints, and verbal instructions; determines wire lengths and routing, performs high-density wiring, soldering, and cable fabrication; installs components per engineering requirements and customer specifications; uses multimeters and other test equipment to verify assemblies and identify issues; mentors entry-level assemblers and maintains production documentation and schedules while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical, vocational, or electronics training preferred
- 2–4 years of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly experience required
