Job Summary
As an Assembler II, you'll build high-quality electronic assemblies, perform hand soldering, inspect assemblies per IPC standards, test and document results, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of electronics assembly experience
- Hands-on soldering experience
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Ability to pass a soldering assessment
Desired Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification (current or expired accepted)
- Experience with ESD protocols and cleanroom practices
- Familiarity with assembly documentation and travelers
Additional Requirements
