Job Summary
Assembler II responsible for programming, operating, and basic troubleshooting for automated and/or robotic machinery in the production of sheet metal refrigerated cases. Reads and comprehends an “A” order, identifies parts and their placement, uses hand and power tools, reads work orders, and performs assembly tasks. Measures with rulers, tape measures, metal squares, and other instruments; fastens parts with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners. Works at multiple workstations as production needs require and collaborates with the assembly team to build units to completion. Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling. Qualifications include HS Diploma/GED and manufacturing experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work environment includes temperature variations, chemicals, noise, and dust.
