Job Summary
Assemble components using fixtures, gauges, tools, and equipment to produce a quality product in a timely manner. Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions, Manufacturing Procedures, and Job Instruction Sheets. Visually inspect components and finished products to ensure acceptable quality, verify labeling for legibility and accuracy, and complete all required daily documentation. Keep the work area clean, organize scrap in appropriate bins, and notify supervisors of recurring defects. Adhere to all Atrion policies regarding safety, attendance, and personal hygiene. Requires high school diploma, one to two years of manufacturing experience, and specific vision abilities including close vision and color perception. Full-time position in Arab, AL with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including 401k, health insurance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Math skills including the ability to apply common concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively and write legibly
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be available for weekend shifts
