Assembler I

Assembler I at HYVE Solutions is responsible for assembling electronic and computer components and sub-assemblies according to specifications in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include reading assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials; performing in-process quality checks; operating and maintaining hand and power tools safely; documenting production activities; adhering to safety regulations and company policies; collaborating with teammates to optimize production and resolve assembly challenges; maintaining a clean workstation; and assisting with inventory management and material handling as needed. Qualifications include basic reading of technical documents, proficiency with hand tools, strong attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately, basic computer skills for data entry, good communication and teamwork, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
