Job Summary
Assembler I – Door Final completes final assembly of bus door panels/kits, following blueprints, BOMs, and PSS, to assemble a wide variety of door panels with options/add-ons. Uses hand tools, light pneumatic and electric power tools to attach components (roller brackets, seals, hinges, glass, sensors, brushes, and related parts), installs edges, routes wiring, performs spray paint touch-ups, and applies caulk/adhesives as specified. May perform other duties with adequate training. Requires High School Diploma or GED and up to 1 year proficiency in related tasks; legal work authorization in the U.S. and successful completion of drug screen/fitness for duty as applicable.
