Assembler I

Assembler I is an entry-level manufacturing role focused on repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, or stairs. Responsibilities include placing parts in specified relationships, fastening components with bolts, clips, screws or adhesives, cutting products to measurements, removing defective items, tending machines on the assembly line, and working at different workstations as needed. The position requires basic reading and math abilities, ability to read a tape measure, and basic verbal communication; prior carpentry experience is helpful but not required. Physical work includes standing, handling materials, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally; exposure to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather, and a loud work environment with PPE as needed.
