Job Summary
Assemble building material components and millwork on an assembly or sub-assembly line under direct supervision. Work with items such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses, doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities, and closets. Use hand and power tools to insert, position, clamp, splice, fit parts, and complete repetitive assembly tasks. This entry-level role provides on-the-job training and supports a teamwork-driven production environment while offering opportunities to learn new skills and advance within a supportive, employee-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or related work experience
- Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble building materials components or millwork products
- On-the-job training provided
- Entry level position
