Job Summary
Assembler I responsible for sub-assembly and assembly operations of basic complexity. Duties include studying instructions and bills of material, positioning parts using templates, assembling components, assisting with prototypes, maintaining safety and clean work environment, conserving resources, and contributing to team by training others. Must be able to read drawings, interpret bills of material, use small hand and power tools, and follow English instructions; physical demands include frequent standing, bending, lifting, and two-person tasks with lifting equipment. Include documenting production and quality actions and ensuring completed work meets requirements.
