Job Summary
Assemble, install, and inspect components for high-powered lasers by positioning, aligning, repairing, and cleaning small, fragile parts using microscopes and tweezers in a clean room environment. Maintain arm-hand steadiness and eye coordination while following specific procedures and instructions to build components and sub-assemblies. Identify errors and work carefully and consistently to ensure quality. Requires good communication skills, ability to follow verbal and written directions, and reliable attendance. On-the-job training provided.
