Job Summary
Assembler on Hubbell's Systems Control Integrated Substation Solutions team. Responsible for installing components into panels per production specification sheets, identifying lead wires and terminal types, and ensuring product quality. Performs duties independently or with team members, adheres to safety rules and ISO/OSHA requirements, maintains clean and organized work area, and uses measuring devices and hand tools. Supports grid modernization and energy infrastructure manufacturing with attention to quality, safety, and efficient production processes.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Ability to read measuring devices
- Understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices
- Following safety rules and ISO/OSHA guidelines
- Identifying lead wire and terminal types and installing per production specification sheet
- Ability to stand for extended periods
