Job Summary
Clean, oil, and sub-assemble components prior to final assembly at the appropriate station. Assemble pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, downhole monitoring tools, pressure sensitive instruments, surveyor, and straightening shaft according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Inspect components and assemblies for proper fit, alignment, and adherence to standards. Safely operate hand tools, torque equipment, and other required tools. Load completed assemblies and transport equipment to testing or lockplate/paint shop areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Perform other related assembly duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly specifications
- Ability to use common hand tools and torque equipment safely and effectively
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Shift: 5AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
