Assembler

Operate laser-cutting equipment to extract polymer membranes and assemble them onto electronic probe components using specialized fixtures and UV curing. Perform mechanical attachment of miniature mixed-material components with precision alignment tools and microscopes while interpreting schematics and Bills of Materials. Prioritize tasks to maximize throughput based on cure times and production due dates, then validate build specifications through testing and Statistical Process Control data analysis. Safely handle adhesives and solvents while wearing required PPE, and provide training and process-improvement contributions to the assembly team.
