Job Summary
Assemble components to a final configured product by following drawings, blueprints, and process instructions using tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools. Read and interpret assembly drawings and parts lists, set up and operate preparation/loading/insertion equipment, and perform rework per standard repair procedures. Incorporate ECN changes into completed boards and verify product quality at defined intervals, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. This fixed-term role is part of Curtiss-Wright’s manufacturing operations, supporting aerospace/industrial products with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.
Required Qualifications
- -read and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints
- follow process instructions and use specialized tooling and fixtures
- set up and operate equipment for prep, loading and insertion
- perform rework per standard repair procedures
- verify product quality at required intervals
- understand ECN changes and apply to boards
- ability to work under general supervision in a semi-routine manufacturing setting
- compliance with export-controlled information screening may be required
- ability to collaborate with team and maintain safety and quality standards
