Job Summary
Perform assembly and sub-assembly of products based on standard work instructions and mechanical blueprints using hand and power tools. Test items with calipers and testing cages, then rework failed products through disassembly, reassembly, and additional testing. Track work orders and scrap in the ERP system, move larger parts with an overhead assist, and pack finished goods into pallet boxes. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 70lbs, and high school-level math skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree in any field
- 1 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
