Assembler, Elevator Drives

Assemble, wire and modify modules and small subassemblies; read and interpret mechanical drawings; operate soldering equipment and a variety of hand tools (including drill press, saw, metal punches); follow departmental procedures to meet customer orders; apply labels to parts; work in a cell environment with teamwork and flexibility; retrieve and interpret data from computer systems; complete manual or computerized transactions and maintain required paperwork; follow safety rules and maintain housekeeping; lift up to 40 lbs and perform standing, bending, kneeling, and other physical tasks as needed; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of relative assembly experience.
