Job Summary
Pick and verify correct parts for production orders, then assemble sub-components and finished products according to work instructions, drawings, and production specifications. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with standards, followed by packaging finished products for shipment or the next production stage. Mount and fit mechanical and electronic components, maintain accurate order tracking and labeling, and perform basic computer tasks for order printing and label creation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while supporting shipping and material flow. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals in a manufacturing environment focused on precision, safety, and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- 1yr of long-term consecutive work history
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and work orders
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
- Must be able to pass background check
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or production line work
- Familiarity with basic tools and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills (labeling systems, order tracking)
