Job Summary
Assemble units to meet QC standards using hand and power tools while following written and verbal instructions. Maintain a safe, productive pace by prioritizing work based on supervisor direction and completing all related paperwork. Adhere to safety rules and work overtime as required. Endure all weather conditions, including heat and cold, while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and working on concrete for up to 12 hours daily. Read job file orders and measure to 1/16th-inch increments.
Required Qualifications

- Must be familiar with and proficient with the use of hand and power tools
- Must be able to read job file orders and enter data efficiently into the tracking system
- Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
- Able to read and write
- Demonstrate the ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" increments
- Ability to work with basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, grasp with hands, feel texture with fingers, cling, walk, twist, stand, and work on concrete for up to twelve hours per day up to six (6) days per week
- Must be able to work at heights of greater than 6 feet on a regular basis/as work dictates
- Ability to work overtime when necessary/required and with short notice
- Able to endure climate changes (hot and cold)
- Able to bend, stoop, and climb
- Able to work while standing on concrete for up to 12 hours a day
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and other team leaders and co-workers
- Ability to work at an acceptable pace
- Ability to work overtime if required
