Job Summary
Review traveler/job packages and understand drawings to ensure parts are free of damage before assembly of heating equipment. Test and verify products meet specifications on the Job Traveler and Inspection Test Plan, providing TSSA and QC tests. This contract role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long hours, and bending as necessary at the Oakville, ON manufacturing facility. High school education and assembly experience are preferred, with hydro testing experience as an asset.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing in long hours
- Bending when necessary
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Review traveler/job package
- Review and understand drawings (or blueprints)
- Make sure parts are free of damage before use
- Assembly of heating equipment
- Test and make sure that product is correct to all specifications provided on Job Traveler and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and provide TSSA and QC tests
Desired Qualifications
- Hydro testing experience is an asset
- Working at Manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Assembly experience is preferred
