Job Summary
Assemble computer servers, hardware components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and production specifications. Install and connect components such as motherboards, processors, memory modules, power supplies, and cables while utilizing hand and power tools safely. Perform visual inspections to verify product quality, conduct basic functional testing, and maintain accurate production records. Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge procedures, report quality concerns or equipment issues, and assist with product rework as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Day shift runs 6:00am to 2:30pm; swing shift runs 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Electronic or computer hardware assembly experience
- Hand and power tool proficiency
- Quality inspection experience
- ESD knowledge and compliance
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
