Job Summary
Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following technical diagrams and assembly instructions, then conduct visual inspections and use testing equipment to verify solder joint quality. Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects, making necessary repairs or adjustments while maintaining production records. Operate and maintain selective solder machines and SMT lines as needed, ensuring compliance with ESD policies, safety practices, and ISO procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in electronics/soldering, and involves lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person")
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
