Assembler

Participate in production and development builds to manufacture high-quality medical devices in accordance with released documentation. Assemble plastic and metal components into finished products while performing in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and final units. Maintain clean room integrity through proper attire and adherence to environment practices, and keep accurate records for quality, work in progress, and test results. Identify and report product quality problems, then facilitate resolution of non-conforming items until deficiencies are resolved. Follow all safety rules, manufacturing procedures, QSR, and FDA regulations. Requires one year of assembler experience in the medical device field, high school diploma, and ability to handle small parts under a microscope.
